Inclusive and transparent Manger/s in Group P&C Treated as one of the team from day 1 - I didn't feel like a 'temp' by my team at all. Whereas my Group P&C Team were great there was a slight dissatisfaction I felt in other teams which could be watered down by adopting more of the culture I experienced in P&C. Culture is very important to Evolution and it is something they keep building on.
