Vantaggi

The new CEO of 2 years is working diligently in steering the company into new and exciting opportunities. The culture and interaction of staff is important to Senior Management and it shows by how the employees work together. Their team spirit is infectious. The culture of the company promotes a professional family environment. Concerns are addressed immediately, along with praising employees for a job well done. There is a wealth of information that is provided to any employee who takes the initiative to find out more about the product and business. The company moved its corporate headquarters to Chicago last year and held meetings with outside representation to further new employees knowledge of the product. Senior Management is committed to helping their employees exceed in their position at Evolve. Yes, there are hiccups in moving and re-establishing a company, but Evolve, under the direction of the CEO & Senior Management, handles the problems in a positive, professional manner.

Svantaggi

When I started the benefits were not as great as other companies, which the company was fully aware. This last enrollment period, the company has offered more benefits for their employees.

Vantaggi

- Paychecks are on time

Svantaggi

- zero outlook from the "management", no one knows where the product is going - little to no career growth or using new technologies, though IoT is new - shrinking workforce, there has been massive turnover and all the people hired are less than a year old - company culture and morale are words used to describe things that used to exist with no plan on making it a better place to work. - people are a commodity, specifically the software engineers. You can just throw anyone that knows how to open Visual Studio at the problem, right? - Shift away from Pennsylvania and New York moving to Chicago. Closing offices and not investing in new space. - "Startup" mentality was lost a long time ago
