I worked at Evolve Systems for 9 years. They hired me as an independent contractor in a sales role right out of college. I had very little experience but Marnie (CEO) and Don (Pres.) saw something in me and gave me a shot. Within a few years they hired me as an employee and I continued to learn and grow until I resigned after 9 years. I would love to still be working at Evolve Systems but family circumstances required us to move away. I learned so much during my time at Evolve... how to be a professional, how to sell, and how to build better relationships with co-workers, partners, and clients. The work environment was great. I truly enjoyed the owners and the employees as co-workers and friends. I still try to stop by the office whenever I'm in town so I can catch up with them. This is a great place to work!

If you like to be told exactly what to do and like to do the same thing every day, this might not be the company for you. As a small business, everyone in the office wears many different hats. You should also be a flexible person. If you can't roll with the punches of a nimble company, you should maybe look for employment in a large corporation. Technology is always changing and advancing. So, if you work at Evolve Systems you need to expect change and embrace it.
