Coworkers are super kind, helpful and for most of them very knowledgeable. Flexible working hours, as long as you deliver. Product is using the latest techs and is very well thought. Athmosphere is general is great, office is well located and computers are greats

The company has been sold and aquired by Modaxo a couple years ago and since then they fired so many people, the athosphere changed completly and is no more what it used to be. The development pace slowed down, bureaucratic stuff went to the roof, constraints, financial restrictions to match a very precise framework let little to no salary raise for the last 2 years

The culture isn't bad, they organize events and get together. If you work in the backend you will have nice challenges.

Their processes are very heavy and frankly messy. Their management style is really trying to micro manage everyone and everything. On the frontend roles there aren't a lot of challenges at the moment, the product is in a slow pace, not a lot of features being delivered and you are mainly doing maintenance. Lack of senior engineers that can challenge you and help you to grow.
