Be prepared physically and mentally. Not a good company to work with in long term. Please think twice if you are offered to join Sales especially in Central team. Micromanaging, no trust, finding mistakes, very high expectations, no appreciation for your hardwork, unfair treatment by Superior/management. Monthly evaluation is tiring, unfair, and useless. They will use that evaluation as an excuse to fire you, no job security.

Excellent place to gain hands-on experience in PLC systems and industrial automation, especially within the oil & gas industry. The company provides strong exposure to real industrial environments, troubleshooting, commissioning, and site activities, which helps engineers develop practical technical skills and industry knowledge.

The job can be challenging for employees with families, as it often requires frequent travel and short-notice site deployments. Extended periods on-site may reduce personal and family time, making work-life balance difficult at times.
