Have to work the same intensity as the dinner rush while sitting down. Trainees need to make at LEAST 120 calls/day at the beginning. Don't know how to talk to people, extrapolate with incomplete information, empathize, or upsell? You might have to stick to hosting.... If you do not perform, you will be given a fair chance to learn, and then given a deadline to make some sales. If you don't, you're out.
