No real effort has been made to transition to newer techs. Youngsters who are staying here for long will face skill stagnation and shrinking market value Day to day task is repetitive and boring. No innovative work is promoted, only maintenance work is prioritized due to the unrealistic vision "zero bug" Team events have been quietly cut.
