Nice people working with you except for the managers

After working for a year as a software engineer, staying on the weekends and working hard, the software manager laid me off without any reason with attitude like to a slaughtered animal. I never expected such a disgraceful approach from the company leaders. They talk big words about productivity and respect at work place, but treat you like an animal. That was my personal experience. I would advice to never join this company. In the agreement they promised high bonus and never paid a penny.
