only 2 weeks vacation not good insurance raise are based on middle management mood, and client satisfaction, but sometimes you do all your best and management do not take this in consideration they care about projects more than people so some employees stay for 4 years or more in the same project and this affect their productivity because of the routine

The team I interned at was welcoming, understanding of delays in tasks, and always trying to push for you to do and learn more doing the task at hand. During my internship, I was able to obtain skills that are great to have on a CV, and are appealing to other employers.

I found the open-space culture to be a little bit distracting. Might be because I'm not used to it, but that's my take.
