Nothing much. but heavy work

No Work Culture, Just couple of Zombies Working in. No team building, scope to learn engage or collaborate. No direction or vision. No planning or investing in right team building. 1 person teams with little to no knowledge without proper grooming or even expressing the expectation or job role. As soon as you join you'll find what a blunder you did by joining. Hire and fire leave them to sink or swim. No company vibe its run like a Kirana shop. The only vision to hire interns and freshers and exploit them in name of experience with little to no salary and make them work 15-20 hours. Billion dollar company dream with no respect for employees or even treating them with respect. Salary uncertain. If you plan to leave forget your final salary or F&F Save yourself the worse mistake and don't Join. Specially people who want to do something in their life.
