Also the job duties are very easy, you don't need a degree for this 4.redundant company policy and process: possessed with some really minor things, while not providing enough manpower, training 5.no work life balance, you are required to work a lot overtime, and the situation is getting worse 6.trying to save every penny by asking you to keep working but cut most of your benefits, really bad health insurance, pretty much no bonus regardless how hard you work.
