Great Company - Recensione dipendente - Support Specialist presso Exceed Electrical Contracting

I started at Exceed Electrical as a Project Coordinator in October of 2022. I came into this position as a Project Coordinator with no construction experience and have been so lucky to work in an office of supportive and patient Project Managers and Coordinators. The best perk about working in the office is all of the free food!

Seemingly organized, the structure is clear and looks like a serious reliable company to work for.

This company don’t have an HR department. Poor way of conducting business in the field. This company don’t give you a voice as a employee if someone doesn’t like you you’re out. If you want job safety, dream of a longer tenure on a company and want to build your apprenticeship career look elsewhere. Really not a company that appreciates the Human Resources they get, is better avoiding companies as such because they damage your confidence as an employee and put you on serious difficulties when you’re a worker living paycheck by paycheck and see yourself out of a job that you thought it would last longer. I wouldn’t even recommend leaving a job you probably unhappy to take a job here to find yourself with no job at all, specially if you’re hispanic, latino.
