Very supportive and approachable colleagues; partners and senior staff are accessible and willing to mentor junior team members. Excellent exposure to a range of services (audit, accounting, tax, advisory and HR/recruitment) which accelerates learning and broadens experience. Office footprint across the Western Cape (Cape Town / Bellville, Somerset West, Stellenbosch) gives flexibility for regional placements. Smaller / mid-sized firm feel — more opportunity for hands-on responsibility than typical large firms.
