Horrible scheduling everyone whose initially hired is scheduled hours late until 11pm with no interest in if one has children to tend to. They should find an alternative to this late scheduling by having employees work from home this late in the day or rotate the late hours between all employees not everyone whose in their first year work every day till 11pm. They're losing employees to other companies who don't do this and will always have turnover unless they change.
The call volume is also ridiculous with no time to breathe
