Great pay, drastic promotions within the company (ie: title clerk to Business Office Mgr/HR or Receptionist to Title Clerk), Work/Family life balance.

Owner is to open minded and understanding for cons.

You get to go home (eventually)

- No work like balance. - The Owner thinks just because he gives you a paycheck he owns you. He will have you doing personal things for him during and after work hours. - Verbal and emotional abuse on a daily basis. - The owner has a temper problem and fires people for no reason. - They lie to their customers and are always in some type of lawsuits. - Also, don't buy a car from there because the deals are shady and since I've been there 4 people have reported that their car caught on fire and the company did nothing about it.
