Since it is outsourcing company, salary is quite low. Also clients usually make most of technical decisions, thus an employee does not have much autonomy in work (from what I saw). The project I worked on was uninteresting from the technical perspective.

Company's culture and system of values. I love the "blue-sky" thinking. People are open-minded, people-oriented and flexible. They want intelligence, creativity and new, fresh ideas.

Since the problems usually are not structured and a person has a lot of freedom to propose ideas and solutions, if a problem is not so familiar, it can get though. And sometimes the 'informal-contacts' and preferences become more important than actual skills of a person, but that doesn't count for the overall company.
