Vantaggi

Good location downtown Parking Some nice people

Svantaggi

They work you to death with absolutely no care whatsoever for your family life or that you’re working 70 hour weeks for 50k a year. The politics are ridiculous and when I worked there, I would bring this up to my supervisor and ask for help prioritizing and they would just say, “get it done.” This is not the way to treat employees if you want to keep them. Happy I was able to get out!

Vantaggi

EDI employs staff to work directly with medical/research non-profits, giving employees the incredible opportunity to help its clients realize their vision. Culture is very supportive - EDI supports professional development and membership in related organizations for its employees to help them continually grow and say on top of trends. They provide pathways for staff to be promoted and grow within the company. They offer a variety of opportunities from meetings logistics to committee management to meeting planning to medical writing and more. I've worked there for over 15 years and have had an incredible experience with the company as well as with the volunteers we serve.

Svantaggi

No cons currently. Over the last 15+ years that I've been here, EDI has worked hard to support employees and respond to suggestions for improvement. For example, most positions are able to work remotely up to 3 days a week. EDI is also continuously updating technologies and systems to allow staff to efficiently do their work.
