My coworkers are genuinely kind and collaborative, and management often shows appreciation through perks like company-paid lunches. The building itself is beautiful and well-kept, which adds to the overall professionalism and comfort of the workplace. EJM is a strong choice if you're seeking a stable, team-oriented environment.

Compensation is fair, but increasing pay to better align with inflation would strengthen employee retention.
