If you are a diverse candidate, you will absolutely get an opportunity to interview and have promotaional opportunities that likely would not be there otherwise if you are an existing exiting employee. The pay is good but it comes with many frustrations and a lot of work.

For a company so large, it is remarkable how favoritism is so prevelant at the executive level. Finance seems particularly poor in this area, and although there are employee surveys that have historically shown this to be an issue, it goes completely unaddressed. This makes excelling beyond a mid level management level beyond the reach of the substantial majority.

The worst tech organization I’ve ever worked with. Technology is extremely outdated and the people aren’t helpful. They’ll close your ticket without ever contacting you and you’re left spending hours going in circles. This makes their onboarding VERY difficult for new employees who can’t find anything. Customer service roles are very very unhelpful. For example- credit card group sent the job aid in response to a question, I shared with them the exact areas where the job aid links were broken and incomplete and got no response. Compensation was lower than the market by a significant margin.
