Good starting pay, ok benefits, bonus program while it lasts.

Impossible to advance if you are not a part of the "click". Management protects their own and moves the inadequate manager to other teams as others are constantly warned of possible outsourcing and job cuts, all while telling you not to tell anyone. Diversity and Inclusion in the public eye is above all else. While basically telling you that everyone is racist on team calls. Change your job title to justify reducing your pay and not able to earn more based on the new job title they gave you. I was employed for over 7 years at the same position with zero opportunities to advance or offers, while friends of managers get promoted and moved around to higher paying positions.

The worst tech organization I’ve ever worked with. Technology is extremely outdated and the people aren’t helpful. They’ll close your ticket without ever contacting you and you’re left spending hours going in circles. This makes their onboarding VERY difficult for new employees who can’t find anything. Customer service roles are very very unhelpful. For example- credit card group sent the job aid in response to a question, I shared with them the exact areas where the job aid links were broken and incomplete and got no response. Compensation was lower than the market by a significant margin.
