If you are a fresher then this company might suitable for you as you would be learning some good technology but it all depends on the position you have been offered.

Svantaggi

1. If you are an experienced person then I don't recommend this company to you at all as there is NO career growth. 2. Alot of politics( you are not given credits of your work). 3. There are no HR policies. They don't even provide those even if asked. If some policies exist they tend to change them according to their convenience. 4. No proper slab for the specific positions. The fresher your training might be having double package than yours. 5. No proper Increment. 6. Offices were open even during peak COVID times. When there were strict guidelines for the lockdown. 7. Employee Retention is very very low. 8. No Work life Balance 9. No employee benefits other than health Insurance (which is mandatory as per guidelines)
