Losing talent fast, replaced by either nepotism or the lowest bidder. Management is ran by stereotypical MBA types, buzzwords and all. Marketing and sales deceive clients a lot of the time and the engineers have to deal with the consequences. No room to grow professionally, expect to be stuck at the same position forever (unless you're friends/family).
