Company is finally doing well. Every battery for the next 2 years is sold. Problem is need more production capacity. You can REALLY make changes that effect day to day operational changes. You WILL BE judged harshly if they don't work out.

Work load. Work life balance. No pay raises last year except for executives. Adding all kinds of additional layers of HR, reviews, weekly one on ones, quarterly reviews, bi annual reviews and annual reviews is a bit much. Exide has been overrun with former Michelin and Georgia Pacific mid to senior level executives that love to run people to burn out level.
