      Being the best in your industry doesn't make you a good manager. Very skilled recruiters but perhaps lacking the ability to help mentor and nurture junior members of the teams.

      Great people, not KPI driven like other rec businesses I have worked in. The management are knowledgeable and happy to share their experiences. They have some very strong relationships in their clients which provide opportunities for less experienced recruiters to leverage.
