The timings aren't limited and can be extended too much.

1. Extremely professional about replying and interacting. Like one day I received the call from the HR, I took the test and that very evening I knew I was selected. 2. Never experienced any delay or procrastination about salary. The company pays on the 9th of the month, and never usually falters the date. It can be 10th max to max, not later than that. 3. Cordial behaviour of the project managers and HR. The HR is very soft spoken and friendly. PMs are also considerate. 4. I totally love the job. 5. Great opportunity for working from home in this pandemic situation. The company is takes care of its employees. 6. Learned a lot from my team leader about professional academic editing.

1. Haven't yet had any bad experience. But the package for my post is not enough for me. Well that's really my problem not theirs' I suppose. Being a fresher this is more than I could ask for. 2. I think the research associates, i.e. the writers of the academic papers (that we editors have to edit) sometimes get a hard time and experience some kind of pressure. That's really not my problem; just writing this to help people opting for that post.
