Do not leave your current job for this toxic environment. I thought I was leaving my toxic workplace for a better place because Exness was good, but I soon realized I had left my beautiful job for a more toxic environment. Do not join the Customer Role unless you are desperate for work or income. Moving from a well-organized company to this location will be a huge mistake. The team and managers are pleasant individuals. The only issue is with management and the annoying trainers.
