The company pretends they care for the patients and staff, however that is an obvious lie. Always under staffed, hiring incompetent people, hard workers are used and forced to make up for other incompetence and refusal to do their duties, employees are not rewarded for their hard work, raises are no existent, management does not listen to staff concerns, pay doesn't measure up to work actually performed, benefits are horrible, and the owner is rude.
