- micromanaged to the nth degree leaving you with very little room to breathe - cannot make any of your own decisions, it all comes from higher up and they make you feel stupid at times - no real opportunities for career growth - they hire juniors and want to keep you junior and move you into support if they can rather than into upper management. - very high turn over rate of staff so hard to have any culture - you have to be willing to make connections and team bonding activities yourself as management do not do any.
