Management, Performance Management driven by favouritism. They make talented people’s roles redundant and offshore jobs to Hyderabad. So called Talent Management so called support people at risk. I reality they do that to say they try to put you in another role. They don’t know the talent they have and are kicking out. They have no imagination about redeploying people rather than pushing them out. They don’t have trust in transferable skills. Senior managers believe they will accelerate delivery by living roles to India. They are wrong. A big data breach is coming and it will be because they moved to India.
