Svantaggi
This is a dramatically different company than it was when I first joined some years ago. The fun, small-family-feel, and caring, people-centered culture that made this a great place to work has all but surely disappeared over the last few years. There is a lack of company direction, over-involved leadership, lack of trust in employees and a shift towards "survival" and "revenue" vs. empathy and caring about the customer (and their people). People are unhappy and it's been voiced several times, yet things don't change. Ironic, given this is a company that sells change management and human-centered solutions. I suspect great employees will continue to leave unless the culture drastically changes for the better. - Poor professional development opportunities - Subpar pay - Team-bonus structure (targets are unrealistic) - Out-of-touch leadership - Working outside of "normal" working hours is celebrated - Poor sales team culture - "Anonymous" surveys
