The way that they encourage a student mentality and the ability to network with managers internationally has given me unlimited potential for success. Starting in an entry-level position was a great experience, too as I got to learn and apply their marketing systems working my way to various promotion opportunities. Working among progression minded people has inspired me to make changes in my life helping me to develop personally as well as professionally. I consider myself blessed to have this opportunity to grow!

To be 100 % honest, this career might not be for you if you're just looking for any old job; the company is very progression minded and they set goals to help you advance and get promoted quickly. Also, since they work with Fortune 100 companies, they hold you to a higher standard, meaning they don't settle for average -- which means this isn't your typical nine to five; the hours are longer resulting in an above average outcome. This is a performance based business which means you're in total control of your success; so if you aren't putting 100% in, you might not progress the fastest.
