Company goes through a massive layoff every year. Management thinks that the problem is with their employees when clearly it’s with management. They treat their employees like numbers. Lots of micromanagers in the company. Zero trust. Pay is so much lower than industry average. They trick u in telling you that you can earn commission, but they make it impossible for you to do so. Lots of favoritism in the company, and part of why nothing gets done. Company changes goals and plan every year, each year contradicting the last. They’re still trying to find ways to succeed and get back on their feet... they just don’t realize that employee buy-in is important.
