It is close to home

It was a boring job, I found not interest. The product was old and no innovation. Management did not know how to transfer knowledge. It seemed there was a knowledge gap. No extra bonuses or other terms

Easy life. Work is not so demanding there. Employees are not allowed to take their laptops home (seriouslly??) so you are not required to work outside of work hours (OMG!). If you come fresh from college, this is a place where you can gain some experience for you to then escape to a real high tech company Make sure to do that before the bad work ethics cling into you. This is not a place where you would like to work at if you have some experience (see cons). There are good people there but nothing good can grow there (see cons).

Poisen is queen - Tali barmeir which is the CEO, co-founder and owner is a nightmare as a boss. She is very bad in managing people. She doesn't actualy like her employees or respect them or trust them. She believe that intimidation and yelling is a good approach when it comes to make people to do their job. This leads to a poor corporate culture with no HR at all. This is not a fun place to work at. You can say it is more of a sweat shop then a real high tech company. And the worse, Experitest will hire you, will use you up and then will fire you for nothing. There is a long list of people there who got fired for nonsense reasons.
