- Great co-workers - Flat hierarchy, interdepartmental communication is easy and fast. Your voice is heard by C-level. - You can make a real difference to the actual product itself and the processes the company uses. - Your suggestions or criticisms are taken on board and implemented if they add value for the customer/company. - Hybrid working creates a good work-life balance. - There is a good degree of autonomy and very little micromanaging.

Svantaggi

- No company is perfect and there have been a lot of changes in the past year. But any challenges have been used as learnings and not just ignored. - The onboarding process was a bit lacking but this has now been improved.
