We regularly conduct internal anonymous surveys to get feedback and raise anonymous questions that are answered in the monthly meetings by the CEO. The points you raised were never raised in the open text answers. We can't improve if you don't raise your concerns if not openly then at least anonymously.

*"How much are you learning at EF": Scale 1-3, 30 responses, 13 gave a three (good), 15 gave a 2 (average), 2 gave a 1.
*"How well do you feel coached by your mgr and team mates", Scale 1-5, 29 responses, 6 gave 5 points, 9 gave 4 points, 7 gave 3 points
*"Are your learning / career wishes being considered", Scale 1-5, 29 responses, 13 gave a 4 or 5, 8 gave a 3
Regarding salary delays: We had one delay of less than a week for a handful of senior persons in March this year.
