      1. “New direction” every other week. 2. Unrealistic targets. (50SQL every month by a single person) 3. The founders don’t agree with each other. 4. Be ready to get call at 9:30-10:00 at night. 5. No proper processes are followed. 6. You are very very disposable I can keep on going but I think this is enough to make you steer clear
