Great amount of transparency in your role for an intern and a lot of autonomy over projects. You receive the chance to feel like a full-time employee. Your ideas and respected and considered as worthwhile. A wonderful internship for those considering HR or Consulting work. Management is accommodating and easily accessed. 10/10!

- Great team filled with sharp, funny, characters - Opportunities for growth are tremendous: with the recent buyout, the entire company is focused on growing current areas of excellence as well as exploring new opportunities - Work-life balance: unlike most consulting companies, the hours are very reasonable and the managements makes an effort to understand personal schedules. There are also many folks who live in other state and work remotely/on-site at the client.

As with any growing company, we are lacking some support/communication tools. Management is working to address these gaps with more training, investment in our people, etc. Fortunately, there is a lot of opportunity for employees to identify these opportunities and propose ways to fix them.
