Boot licking culture No consideration of your commitment, performance, integrity I had worked here for 6 years and i regret it a lot why i didn,t leave this place in 1 yr or so. I hoped that i will get the recognition but there was none. And above all the raise is way below industry standards, and considerable chunk of your ctc is performance incentive
