Bad experience - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Expleo Group

I started on an entry level possition, on bench and working on very small internal projects. I was promised a big external projects but after like 5 months they told me that they could not find a project, because they tried to sell me (a junior) without any senior colleague, and of course clients were not very keen on that. After that I was offered to change the position with something that was not related to what I was working. I did not accept this and I felt like I was either going to be fired or just be sitting around for nothing. Also under average pay.
