Expleo is a great place to work! We get great benefits, including health care, dental, really generous paid maternity leave, pension plan and other nice touches like study leave, big life events leave even menopause leave! The policies are really thoughtful and supportive for employees. There are also lovely touches like birthday hampers and summer hampers, along with really fun employee events planned a few times a year. As well as that they run lots of different social groups, like hiking club, parents and carers, sports and social that organise different activities for employees throughout the year. It also has a flexible work from home approach which makes it really good balance between remote and office work, which really helps with family commitments. The real pro though is the people, my other colleagues are so supportive and friendly, they make coming into work a pleasure. The work is fast-paced, interesting and very diverse. I would highly recommend Expleo as a place to work and a great choice for anyone seeking a positive career experience.
