Therapists are all wonderful to work with!

Owner is hard to work with, micro manages and it is difficult to get supplies and tools for work. A lot of empty promises. They do not always reimburse for education, even if they approve it! Wages are low and no scheduled raises. People are fired for random reasons which aren't really explained.

Good pay, wonderful clients and staff.

Owner micromanages staff and will gaslight them in front of other staff. They do not value your talents and creativity. Both owners have been in private practice for 20 plus years and understand how to manage themselves in a private practice. They do not understand how to manage staff and other professionals. This company is an example of what happens when we send folks to school to become therapists and focus on mental health, but we do not educate them how to run a mental health business. Running a mental health agency isn't your family business and requires expertise in Human service management.
