There is a lot of progression and ways to get promoted or earn more money. It is very flexible and the other tutors can be very nice. Your managers are kind and understanding. You work with kids and build a nice relationship with them which is rewarding. You are paid just above minimum wage for your age and earn holiday pay and extra for your total hours of work.

Svantaggi

Sometimes you can be taken advantage of and given last minute calls to cover shifts. They keep hiring people that are not flexible. You don't get paid proportional to the amount of kids you teach an hour (six kids an hour, if you earn 9 pounds thats less than 2 pounds a kid, if you earn 6 thats even less). Management blame you for numbers and they love complaining about not having enough kids/members like it is your problem.
