Once you report to work there will be nothing for you to do and you will be blamed on a daily basis for their lack of active clients. Senior management in the materials practice is incompetent. As a junior member of the practice you will spend your time explaining technical principles to management and writing their reports. There is little mentoring provided to employees and no opportunity for career development in consulting. Working for this company should be considered a blemish in your work history.
