Very smart people work at the company, but most are inaccessible and/or are too bought in and drink the kool-aid.

Very high turnover the last few years. Everything is designed for the company to be profitable, with little to no regard on compensation levels for junior staff (analyst, associate, sr associate). They will try to squeeze you for all you have. The performance review process is so disjointed where you can't actually vouch for yourself whatsoever and is a game of telephone going up to the CEO. Leadership team is as relatable as a cardboard box. HR department is too small, and focuses on doubling down on why they are right instead of doing anything to improve employee experience. This may seem drastic but listen to the other similar reviews on the site and decide for yourself. I was treated *relatively* well and got promoted quickly and still feel this way. Don't even bother accepting an analyst position here.

Many consultants successfully use Exponent as a stepping stone to larger tech companies. The project work can sometimes be very interesting and some consultants appreciate overtime and bonuses for long hours (albeit many feel they would earn more overall compensation at larger tech companies).

Svantaggi

The company has very high expectations of its consultants and doesn't always provide the resources necessary to achieve their expectations. In order to grow after the first few years, consultants are generally expected to generate their own business, but some junior consultants feel they are not fairly given credit for business they help bring in. Many consultants feel the performance rewards are too delayed.
