Some of the best salaries out there. There can be a high work demand at times but it compensates a high amount. Honest supervision. Great coworkers. As long as you know what you can expect there aren't a lot of negatives. Sometimes there is a lot of travel (I enjoy it); sometimes there is monotonous work (I enjoy that as well). There are some dangers to the job but as long as you have situational awareness and follow the proper procedures I consider these minimal hazards.
lack of leadership, private equity owned and no security. its all about what have you done for me lately, and they aren't doing for you.. Benefits suck....
