      Pay *scale* hasn't changed in years Owned by an investment capital firm, meaning the focus is 100% on quarterly numbers, to the detriment of the long term success of the company. Attempts to stretch the numbers to make the company look great on paper means that departments are over worked and understaffed.

      Some of the best salaries out there. There can be a high work demand at times but it compensates a high amount. Honest supervision. Great coworkers. As far as the job I enjoyed seeing new things and solving new problems on a regular basis. Maybe the best job I have ever had. If anyone has any questions you can give me a call.       As long as you know what you can expect there aren't a lot of negatives. Sometimes there is a lot of travel (I enjoy it); sometimes there is monotonous work (I enjoy that as well). There are some dangers to the job but as long as you have situational awareness and follow the proper procedures I consider these minimal hazards.
