Sadly, the atmosphere is toxic. Despite giving 100% effort, the owner will set out to destroy you. Students advised they gave great feedback about you to reception staff but in return you hear nothing positive from the owner just constant criticism and made to feel worthless due to his attitude and nasty persona. Do not expect to be paid on time or paid correctly either. Any reasonable questions you ask will be met with patronising, condescending remarks that are personal and unreasonable. No shows, cancellations and travel time are also not paid for which can cut your day and wage in half so you never make what you were advised you would make, it’s just to trap you.
Best to avoid this place or if you do work here, best to avoid the owner. A lot of home visits can also put you in uncomfortable settings where you are treated badly by the families but there is no duty of care given by this school.
