Some people are amazing, yearly holiday, quarterly celebrations and champagne, very extensive training with an amazing manager, plenty of time to find your feet, fast paced young environment, great coffee machines all free! Incredible opportunity for making money; if you just care about money, this is the job for you! £30-50k in year 1, £50-90k in year 2, £60-90k in year 3 is all very attainable if you're fairly good. Lots of autonomy on days when you're out of the office on meetings, good office banter.

Some people can be bichy or dishonest, some of the work can be sly, the business structure is weak when it comes to marketing for leads; communicating internally; you can feel like just a number i.e. Those "top billers" are loved, and anyone below the success line isn't valued as a person or worked on. Money is the main benefit, so there is no healthcare or many socials / rewards. Very inconsistent rules for call sessions, making expectations unclear and working hard more difficult.
