Management answers messages and emails in a timely manner if there is a question or concern from a writer.

Some seasons are slow, especially the summer. Some writers will see a dip in income during this time. The holiday seasons are when it gets really busy and writers will see a rise in income and work. It is still freelance, so work is given as it comes in when clients order.
