Nothing pros here everything is worst

If their is less than 1 star I will give it to them. Unprofessional behaviour. Hectic time schedule. They want you to come office by exact time but force you to stay for more than your usual working hour. No holiday provided they want machines not humans who have no feelings and family. They suspend me unnoticed for 1 day extra leave because of my family issues. Director is very rude and no proper amenities is their. No working culture and no proper arrangement. They force you to stay for more than 12 hour but if your work done still you can't leave office before 1 minute. Company have no working culture nor have any kind of facility for employee. Atmosphere of company is worst no working atmosphere like IT company. They suspend me unnoticed and after that they are not answering me for the reason. They not provide termination letter nor the end of suspension. According to them everything is company rule that is in their favor but their is nothing written rules they just decide rule as their wish. they make excuses giving my sallery they give 1 month training certificate to me altough I completed more than 1 and half month and delay my sallery more than 2 months. If you are jobless and want to join this company so don't join because they just need donkey not human. Director is very unprofessional. It's my biggest mistake to join company because I join as a fresher still they want quality live product from me without giving any training. No co-operation from the director side. One word for this company is worst.

Employees are valuable assets to any company and it's an only worst-case scenario to terminate an employee when the individual is out of company control. If you are a professional then you understand the meaning of "PROBATION PERIOD" & "Training OR Evolution Period".
